About The Position

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred
• Proficiency in epidurals, spinals and blocks
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable.
• ACLS must be American Heart Association.
• Must submit case logs demonstrating proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks.
• A minimum of 250 cases per year for two years is required.
• Must be enrolled with INPCF.
• Hold an active Indiana RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.
• Be proficient in epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks.
• Provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Respond to call within a 30-minute timeframe.
• Take weeknight call (5 p.m. – 7 a.m.) and weekend call (24-hour shifts).
• Coordinate logistics for assignments.
• Manage credentialing from start to finish.
• Provide billing, payroll, scheduling, and consulting services.
• Offer a white-glove experience to clients.
• Assign a dedicated personal account specialist to providers.
• Coordinate full travel and lodging arrangements.
• Guarantee weekly on-time pay.
