About The Position

RSMC Services, on behalf of our client, is hiring a Locum Associate Dentist. This mission-oriented practice seeks a Locum Associate Dentist, 4 days/week, to provide quality dental care to the pediatric population. The company is a well-established provider of pediatric dental care in rural Alabama, known for its compassionate service and community impact. The practice uniquely fills the gap in pediatric dental services within a 40-mile radius, ensuring essential care for children in need.

Requirements

• Expertise in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry
• 1+ years Experience in the dental industry
• Exposure to pediatric procedures such as sealants and crowns
• Working Knowledge of restorative dentistry, including fillings and extractions
• BS in Dentistry (DDS or DMD degree) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive exams
• Restorative treatments
• Updating patient treatment plans, with a focus on pediatric procedures
• Providing essential dental care to children in an underserved area
• Building the practice’s reputation and patient base
