About The Position

The Locker Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the locker room. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the locker room area, managing inventory and supplies, and handling staff communication and guest requests. The position also requires building and maintaining relationships with clients and assisting the Director of Golf with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Golf Course Administration or related field experience required.
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the locker room.
  • Clean shoes and locker room area.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Answer and screen calls for the Director of Golf.
  • Perform inventory and maintain supplies.
  • Keep locker rooms properly stocked.
  • Process paperwork such as purchase requests.
  • Manage and organize staff.
  • Handle communication with guests.
  • Assist with special requests.
