About The Position

Act as primary liaison post-sale to ensure proper set up and support of all new and existing lockbox customers. This role involves account opening and on-going account maintenance, researching and troubleshooting customer issues, and engaging with third-party lockbox vendors. The specialist will also support and assist team operations in projects and assignments.

Requirements

• 3+ years financial services experience preferred
• Deposit account servicing experience
• Customer service experience
• Property management industry knowledge
• Cash management product knowledge
• Payments industry knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of property management industry
• Well organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
