About The Position
The Revenue Lockbox Specialist is responsible for receiving, opening, scanning, and processing incoming lockbox mail, including recording payments and balancing daily batches.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- One year of lockbox, payment posting, or bank teller experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Type a minimum of 40 wpm
- Professional phone etiquette
Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming lockboxes
- Organize daily lockboxes and batches by date
- Ensure each batch balances
- Generate and maintain lockbox reports
- Other job-related duties as assigned
