About The Position

Responsible for opening mail, preparing revenue batches, folding letters, running mail through postage machine, and answering support emails. This role requires the ability to complete tasks by deadline with little supervision. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary on a weekly/daily basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in an office environment.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak effectively with customers and employees.
  • Ability to proofread correspondence, detect and correct errors.
  • Ability to prepare routine correspondence and replies for signature with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to perform basic math computations using online, desk top calculator, or creating calculations in spreadsheets.
  • Ability to satisfactorily resolve routine situations based on supervisor’s guidance or written or verbal instructions.
