About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Gillette, WY location. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in managing retail and warehouse environments, with a focus on animal nutrition and agriculture products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Location Supervisor or similar role in retail or warehouse settings.
• Strong knowledge of point of sale systems and inventory management.
• Experience with ordering processes and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Background in animal nutrition and agriculture is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the location to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage point of sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate ordering to meet customer demand.
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance on animal nutrition and agricultural products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote a productive and positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
