About The Position

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a Location Manager in Riverview, Florida, to support its dermatology and aesthetic services practice. The role oversees clinical, administrative, and operational functions while helping deliver high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience. The manager supervises and coordinates administrative and clinical staff, oversees office financial processes, and supports personnel through recruiting, training, and counseling. The position also involves scheduling surgeries and treatments and maintaining OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• Current CPR certification and continuing education compliance.
• Knowledge of medical computer programs, billing, and insurance coding.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical office environment is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dermatology office is highly preferred.
