Requirements

  • 4+ years of Management Experience
  • 3+ years of Successful Customer Service Experience
  • 4+ years of Dispatch Experience
  • 4+ years of Warehouse/Inventory experience
  • Desire to achieve goals, both personal and professional
  • Hard work ethic and willingness to work flexible schedule dependent on workflow
  • Experience in a role where the phrase “customer first” was practiced daily
  • Ability to Commute: Scarborough, ME

  • HVAC Exp A+
  • Service Titan experience is A+
  • Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Overseeing customer service and service dispatch teams
  • Handling the administrative office functions
  • Ensuring the company support team is properly staffed and is operating smoothly
  • Maintaining office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Managing installation and service dispatch team, service agreement team, and sales lead coordinating team to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment
  • Planning and preparing and supervising work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business
  • Ensuring dispatch procedures are maintained and all work orders are processed properly and timely
  • Responding to customer complaints or inquiries
  • Ensuring all administrative duties are completed properly
  • Managing incoming calls and messages
  • Working with outside sales team to create sales orders
  • Managing the process of scheduling sales consultations and installations
  • Helping customers with Financing Applications
  • Providing job details to installers and electricians
  • Maintaining the appearance of location
  • Reporting data/metrics to managers
  • Motivating department to hit or surpass their goals
  • Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary
  • Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs
  • Represents Dave’s World in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others
