Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of related operations, logistics, agriculture, warehouse, or management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills; ability to make sound business decisions and solve problems effectively.
Strong organizational and inventory management abilities.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required.

Nice To Haves

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred or required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and support for the Warehouse Workers, and Drivers.
Foster a positive, safety-focused, and customer-centric work environment.
Drive employee development and team performance.
Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and accuracy.
Coordinate delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead warehouse operations, including seed mixing and packaging activities.
Ensure facilities, equipment, vehicles, and grounds are properly maintained and operating efficiently.
