About The Position

The Location Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating daily functions of the location, which may include teller functions, customer service, loan processing, and/or administrative support as needed. This position may work into Saturday rotations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree in business, management, and/or finance preferred
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in banking or related field preferred
experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains relationships with individual and business customers
Provides assistance with customer related issues
Assists loan processing, teller-line and customer service representative desk when needed
Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of employees, including weekly schedules
Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments
Recruits staff members and oversees training
Prepares financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or board of directors
Networks and develops strategies for obtaining new business
Fills in for all assigned employees and/or responsibilities as needed
Ensures location complies with company policies and procedures
