About The Position

JLL is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to strengthen its Retail team in Quebec. Based in Montreal, you will play a key role in supporting the leasing team's daily operations and strategic initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to JLL's commercial real estate success by managing critical leasing documentation, client reporting, and administrative coordination within a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism in both French and English (oral and written)
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent AND/OR equivalent experience in retail
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally related to commercial space leasing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Proven writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed real estate documents requiring high levels of accuracy, including client reports, lease proposals, letters of intent, external broker agreements, and leasing analyses
  • Review lease applications, calculate commission revenue, and manage workflow, approval processes, and invoicing for lease agreements and revenue forecasting
  • Develop and update leasing assumptions through monthly client calls and produce status reports on lease contracts
  • Design color-coded leasing plans for sales, expirations, schedules, and proposals
  • Produce client presentations and proposals, ranging from standard forms to comprehensive, high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials, including market overviews, brochures, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain internal databases, client databases, and prospect information while providing administrative support for invoicing, correspondence, document management, and meeting coordination
