About The Position

Space Center Houston is seeking a Location Supervisor to join their team. This full-time position offers a salary of $52,000 per year, plus bonuses based on experience and performance. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in retail or other sales fields and will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 15 employees. Key attributes for this role include being confident, responsible, outgoing, approachable, assertive, and motivated, especially when interacting with employees and customers.

Requirements

• Managerial experience in the Retail field or other sales experience is encouraged.
• Must be confident, responsible, outgoing, approachable, assertive, and motivated.
• Must be able to keep employees motivated.
• Must be good at sales and lead by example.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Photography experience is very helpful, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in maintaining and increasing location performance.
• Troubleshoot camera and computer issues.
• Complete nightly reports.
• Help employees maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Ensure the team provides excellent customer service.
• Work alongside employees to motivate and teach sales skills.
• Motivate employees to achieve high commissions.
• Lead by example in sales interactions.
• Engage visitor participation and provide impeccable customer service.
