About The Position

Side Montreal is looking for Indonesian Localization QA Game Testers. Be the first to see the localized version of the unreleased games by testing them out yourself! This is an on-call position with full-time availabilities from Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week. This is an in-office position at our main office in the Mile-End area of Montreal. The role requires candidates to be in Montreal, Quebec.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian is mandatory
• Strong cultural understanding of Indonesian culture
• Excellent proficiency in English is essential
• Basic proficiency in French
• Computer literacy – particularly with Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience with using different software and applications

Responsibilities

• Proofreading and identifying Indonesian language errors
• Ensuring console manufacturer guidelines are on point
• Writing reports of all the errors/bugs you found to help improve the game
• Providing feedback on the game
• Identifying missing/wrong content to ensure the game runs smooth
• Performing ad hoc translations
