About The Position

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our localization projects running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure every detail is handled with precision, while maintaining clear communication across teams and partners. This is an entry-level role with room to grow, and depending on your experience, you may even manage smaller projects independently.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and spoken)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across teams and time zones
  • Bring strong computer skills (Google Workspace, MS Office) and a proactive mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the localization or translation industry
  • Know your way around TMS tools and Excel
  • Speak more than one language fluently
  • Bring ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination tasks
  • Maintain and update project databases and ensure accurate records across systems
  • Prepare and distribute clear instructions and reference materials for linguists
  • Triage and escalate questions from internal teams and external partners promptly
  • Track progress and proactively flag risks or delays to keep projects aligned
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones to ensure smooth communication between linguists, engineers, and vendors
  • Use TMS and project management tools to initiate and monitor translation requests
  • Depending on experience, manage basic localization projects independently
