About The Position

The Truck Driver ensures deliveries and pickups are completed safely and on time. The role may also include packaging customer orders to meet delivery deadlines. It supports warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping, while following AFL safety and environmental policies and applicable DOT and company regulations. The position operates commercial vehicles and may involve loading and unloading. Work takes place in a manufacturing warehouse environment, with PPE required at all facilities.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or at least 1 year of equivalent experience.
CDL license, Class A or B.
Forklift certification.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a positive outlook and respond well under pressure.
Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.

Nice To Haves

Oracle software experience.
MS Office software experience.
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Deliver to and pick up from suppliers and an offsite warehouse.
Package inventory according to requirements.
Complete correct picks and inventory transfers in Oracle to support customer deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.
Cycle count inventory in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Complete discrete jobs to deliver manufactured accessories to customers or stock.
Support warehouse and logistics needs through cross-functional work, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping.
Follow AFL safety and environmental policies.
Operate commercial vehicles safely in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading when required.
Follow PPE requirements at all facilities.
