About The Position

JDEE Transport Services is a Class A driver employment agency placing drivers in permanent positions across the United States. Currently, we have a need for drivers within a 35-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN for Local truck driving positions. This is an Intermodal account delivering freight of all kinds with various shifts available. Operating area is within 200 miles of St. Paul, MN, and drivers will be home daily.

Requirements

Class A license.
3 months verifiable T/T experience in the past 6 months, OR 6 months experience in the past year, OR 1 year of verifiable T/T driving experience in the past 5 years.
Ability to pass urine and hair test.
Good customer service skills.
Hazmat obtained within 90 days of hire.
No smoking inside the truck.

Nice To Haves

Hazmat certification (reimbursed upon proof/receipts).

Responsibilities

Operate within 200 miles of St. Paul, MN.
Deliver freight of all kinds.
Provide good customer service.
Obtain Hazmat certification within 90 days of hire.
Adhere to no smoking inside the truck policy.
Handle approximately 50% drop and hook and 50% live load/unload.
Transport 100% of freight on Intermodal Chassis/Container.
Transport 5% of freight as Reefer/TCI freight.
