Truck Drivers are responsible for performing various duties to operate a tractor trailer to deliver company products to job sites and/or other locations. Home every night working Monday- Friday. Hauling oversized & overweight loaded such as concrete slabs and panels. Our truck drivers are paid by the hour! Overtime/time and a half starts after 8 hours worked each day! This position's homebase is located in Denver, PA. This role requires candidates to drive over the road throughout PA,NY,NJ, Delaware, Virginia. Drivers will be operating fully equipped late model Peterbilt flat bed tractor trailers. Truck Drivers will be required to follow state and federal regulations to load, unload, and transport girders, plates, parts, concrete products etc., which could include extended heavy loads.

Requirements

  • Experience hauling wide haul or heavy haul loads is required.
  • Experience tying down or chaining down material is required.
  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required.
  • A valid Commercial drivers’ license (CDL A) required.
  • 2 or more years of experience driving with a CDL A required.
  • The ability to qualify for a DOT physical card per federal and company regulations is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Flatbed experience preferred.
  • Open Deck experience preferred.
  • Experience hauling oversized and overweight loads preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a tractor trailer to deliver company products to job sites and/or other locations.
  • Haul oversized & overweight loads such as concrete slabs and panels.
  • Follow state and federal regulations to load, unload, and transport girders, plates, parts, concrete products etc., which could include extended heavy loads.
