About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Local Store Marketer (LSM) to help build sales at the local level by establishing community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. The role supports local marketing programs, in-house promotions, community events, public relations efforts, and communication about marketing plans and results. The position works with the Managing Partner, management team, employees, and local businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities

Assist the Managing Partner and management team with creating, developing, and implementing local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales.
Help promote Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions, including Great Steak, Rib Fest, and Gift Cards.
Build relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and others during food and bread runs.
Help establish positive, ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, and others.
Help develop and execute charitable and community events that position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and build brand awareness.
Assist with public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events promoting Texas Roadhouse.
Frequently communicate with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
