The Gibbons Group is seeking a driven and coachable individual to become their own boss in this expanding market. You will be trained to distribute Living Benefits Life Insurance in your local communities. This is a revolutionary type of life insurance that offers access to death benefits without having to die. This is a 100% commission-based business with no cap on income. The company provides a platform with coaching, training, and support, allowing agents to be in control of their income and receive raises every 2 months based on production. The role is remote and includes Zoom training calls 3x a week, a training website, in-person training bootcamps, and direct mentorship from a top manager. The company offers a revolutionary living benefit life insurance product, which is described as the industry's best-kept secret. They train individuals to distribute this product in their local communities and provide exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads. No cold calling is necessary, and there are no limits on lead distribution. Agents can also be trained to sell the product without using the lead program. The Gibbons Group partners with top-rated carriers that offer living benefit products, such as Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, and Foresters Financial, positioning their agents competitively. These products are offered at the same rate or less than regular life insurance.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
- Be personable and have a willingness to serve clients.
