This is a 100% commission-based business with no cap on income. The company provides a platform with coaching, training, and support, allowing agents to be in control of their income and receive raises every 2 months based on production. The role is remote and includes Zoom training calls 3x a week, a training website, in-person training bootcamps, and direct mentorship from a top manager.
