This role will work directly with sales management and media executives, providing essential support to help maintain strong customer relationships. Requirements

• Must have computer and software experience, proficient in Microsoft Tool Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Capable of learning new systems promptly and thoroughly
• Must be highly focused, organized, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Sales or Advertising a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team with campaign details and organization
• Entering and maintaining orders into our Sales system
• Create support documents for advertiser campaigns
• Effectively communicate with internal teams (Sales, Creative Services, Traffic) and external clients when needed
• Work cooperatively with managers and co-workers to deliver a high-level of service daily
