Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
Current DOT Medical Card
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 lbs routinely, more with assistance when needed
Dependable attendance — this one's non-negotiable
Clear communicator who can handle customer interaction professionally

Responsibilities

Drive company trucks (CDL-A required for loads over 12,000 lbs; box truck and flatbed routes also in the mix)
Load and unload according to delivery schedules and customer specs
Use material handling equipment safely and correctly
Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections and stay current on maintenance
Keep DOT logs accurate and documentation clean
Represent the company well at every stop — customer service is part of the job
