Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in HR project management and strategy support
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
A strong desire to stay updated with industry knowledge and technology
Proven experience in HR operations and team support.
Proficiencies in HR data analysis, onboarding, and HR compliance.

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on specific tasks and support activities.
Participate in HR operations and provide administrative support to HR functions.
Assist in HR policy implementation and interpretation.
Support talent acquisition and basic employee development efforts.
Help address routine employee relations issues.
Stay informed about HR practices, laws, and best practices.
Assist with HR reporting and data management.
Maintain and organize HR documents and records.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on administrative tasks.
Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
