About The Position

This position is responsible for the implementation and development of local community and professional relationships, and for the growth of referral development in the local Baltimore and surrounding Maryland market. Participates in market outreach initiatives, coordinates, and administers details for referral development projects and events, and develops and maintains effective referral resources to drive business to programming and ensure community knowledge of available resources within Sheppard Pratt system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare-related field or a high school diploma with 4 years’ work experience in marketing outreach.
2 years’ work experience in marketing outreach.
Strong communication skills.
Proven attention to program detail.
Current driver’s license.
Analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects on short deadlines.
Ability to ensure weekly activity goals are met.
Accountability to meet goals and grow awareness of Sheppard Pratt.

Responsibilities

Carrying through referral development strategies with successful projects and events.
Managing multiple projects on short deadlines while ensuring weekly activity goals are met.
Meeting goals and growing awareness of Sheppard Pratt.
