About the Role: The Local Outreach & Business Development Representative is responsible for building Papa’s first dedicated referral channel for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) offering, starting in South Florida. This is a field role focused on developing referral partnerships with the organizations and professionals that influence senior decisions about in-home support: senior-specialized realtors and senior transitions specialists, physical therapy and rehab practices, faith-based organizations, aging-services NGOs and coalitions, primary care providers, independent living communities, local pharmacies, local senior-focused content creators and any other relevant referral partners this role brings to the table. Time Allocation 60% Field-Based Engagement: Conducting site visits, partner meetings, educational presentations, and representing the company at community events. 30% Preparation and Follow-up: Documenting outreach via CRM, managing digital and written communications (calls, emails, mailings), and scheduling. 10% Reporting and Strategy: Providing weekly insights to HQ, participating in internal syncs, and updating materials. Being successful in this role requires comfort collaborating with seniors and senior-adjacent professionals, the ability to build trust quickly in a regulated environment, disciplined self-management, and a strong commitment to in-person engagement. The representative is also expected to continuously iterate on the local referral playbook based on field performance—recommending changes to materials, presentations, and segment prioritization over time.
