Massachusetts Local Health Internship

Boston Public Health CommissionBoston, MA

About The Position

As the Boston Community Health Collaborative transitions from planning into implementation, a central goal of the Collaborative is to reduce siloes and strengthening connections across institutions working to support healthier, thriving communities in Boston. To support this work, BCHC seeks additional capacity to help document and assess how partnerships are functioning during early CHIP implementation, and how participation in the Collaborative is influencing coordination within the local public health system. This internship project will support both CHIP implementation and the development of practical tools to measure partnership impact, while providing the student with hands-on experience in applied public health evaluation and coalition-based work. This placement is administered and funded through the Mass Department of Public Health Local Health Internship Program.
