About The Position

BLEND360 is seeking a Local Credit Representative for a 1-year engagement with the potential to extend. This role involves supporting on-site credit card acquisition initiatives at select retail partner stores across Dallas. The representative will rotate weekly to support assigned stores, spending 3-5 hours per visit, with a minimum of 7 hours per day in-store. The schedule is flexible, requiring 5 days a week, including potential for nights and weekends. A working vehicle is essential for travel between client retail partner stores.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
1+ years of retail or sales experience
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships
A driver's license, and a vehicle for travel
Strong and personable communication skills, oral and written

Responsibilities

Support on-site credit card acquisition initiatives at select retail store locations.
Rotate weekly to support each assigned store, with 1 visit per week for 3-5 hours per store visit.
Rotate days of week and time of day, including nights/weekends.
Drive 6-7 incremental credit applications per day.
Actively engage customers at the front end and offer credit.
Hand out credit materials to customers while offering acquisition offers.
Drive credit engagement through coaching, training, and motivating associates.
