About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Dallas, TX. This role involves providing superior care and working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff within a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
