About The Position

The Winsupply Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to build valuable skills through immersive classroom learning, off-site training, and a collaborative capstone project. The program is structured to promote professional development by offering mentorship, meaningful networking opportunities, and hands-on experience in real-world projects. Participants will not only develop their careers but also make a significant impact within the Winsupply organization, contributing to innovative solutions and long-term success. The Local Company intern will work alongside the Local Company leadership team to learn about the local companies’ operations. This intern will rotate between two local companies, in two different industries, to understand what it takes to own and operate a business. This intern will also spend time in Support Services to gain a better understanding of Winsupply’s business model and how to support entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.
• One semester post-graduation

Responsibilities

• Rotate between two local companies to understand what it takes to own and operate a business.
• Rotate between warehouse operations, sales, customer service, and leadership roles.
• Attending training sessions, shadowing senior staff, and gaining exposure to different aspects of the company's operations.
• Working with various teams within the organization to contribute to projects and initiatives.
• Complete a group capstone project.
• Other duties as assigned
