About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Local Night Driver for our No-Touch Parcel Fleet, operating out of Bethel, PA. This full-time, W2 position offers the significant advantage of being home every day, with competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,400 to $1,600. Drivers will handle no-touch parcel freight, pulling OnTrac trailers to regional distribution centers. The operating area includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia, with one long run and one short run per night. The role primarily involves drop-and-hook, with occasional live load/unload. We utilize automatic transmission tractors. A flexible schedule is required due to varying days off.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Fully qualified drivers only (No trainers or trainee drivers on this account).
• Commute time of 40 minutes or less to the Bethel, PA distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Pulling no-touch parcel freight using OnTrac trailers to regional distribution centers.
• Operating within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
• Completing one long run and one short run per night.
• Performing mostly drop-and-hook operations.
• Conducting occasional live load/unload.
• Adhering to a flexible schedule with varying days off.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,600
• Base Mileage: $0.65 CPM
• Drop & Hook Pay: $25 per single drop & hook | $35 per double drop & hook
• Live Load/Unload Pay: $25 per event
• Night Differential: +$25 per shift for start times after 5:00 PM
• Weekend Premium: +$75 bonus for EACH weekend day worked (Saturday & Sunday)
• Extra Shift Pay: $100 bonus for working a 6th day
• Detention Pay: $25/hour after the first hour
• Bullpen Hourly Pay: $28/hour (4-hour minimum)
