Local Class A CDL Driver -No Touch, Dedicated Freight
About The Position
This is a local Class A CDL driver position with no-touch freight and dedicated routes. Drivers will be home daily, maintaining an excellent lifestyle and being with their family after every shift. The position offers multiple pay streams, including Mileage Band Pay, guaranteed Stop Pay, and Detention Pay. Drivers will operate modern, late-model, company-maintained day cabs with automatic transmissions. All loads are live unloads handled by store receivers, meaning zero physical labor for the driver. Routes originate daily from the Walmart Distribution Center in Casa Grande, AZ, delivering to retail stores within a 225-mile radius. Drivers will manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load. This is a daily slip-seat day cab operation, and trucks must remain at the yard, requiring reliable personal transportation to commute to the Casa Grande distribution center.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
- Willing and able to work any assigned shift (including weekends and night/early AM dispatches).
- Reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the Casa Grande distribution center.
- Must live within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
- Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
Responsibilities
- Safely execute local/regional loops delivering directly to retail stores within a strict 225-mile radius of the DC.
- Manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load.
- Operate late-model, company-maintained day cabs equipped with smooth automatic transmissions.
- Perform daily commutes to the Casa Grande distribution center using reliable personal transportation.
