About The Position

Mitchell Distributing is hiring Local CDL Class A Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail customers on local routes. This hands-on position is suited to drivers who enjoy staying active, working independently, and building customer relationships. Drivers work Tuesday through Friday, start routes at approximately 5:00 a.m., and return home daily. Routes conclude when scheduled deliveries are finished, so daily end times may vary based on the route and delivery volume. The position offers earning potential up to $50,000 annually, including case incentives, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more. Employment offers are conditional upon successful completion of required background screening and drug testing.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort performing a physically active delivery job, including lifting and carrying products up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling loaded carts weighing more than 100 lbs., frequently entering and exiting the truck, and bending, reaching, stooping, walking, and moving product throughout the workday.
• Successful completion of required background screening and drug testing as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle on an assigned local route.
• Deliver beverage products accurately and efficiently to retail customers.
• Unload, rotate, and organize products at customer locations.
• Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.
• Provide professional, dependable service to customers.
• Work alongside and provide direction to a Route Assistant.
• Complete required DOT inspections and delivery documentation.
• Follow all company, DOT, and safety requirements.
