Local CDL A Truck Driver
About The Position
McDonald's largest distributor worldwide is seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver for local routes. This position requires an interstate license and involves touch-freight delivery of products to customers. Trucks are preloaded, and deliveries are palletized. The primary duty is the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle and company equipment, along with courteous delivery of products. Drivers are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
