About The Position

This full-time dedicated local-fleet position is based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Drivers deliver grocery freight to customer locations throughout Virginia and Maryland, traveling approximately 1,300 miles per week. The work is hands-on and includes loading and unloading trailers with an electric pallet jack and returning merchandise to the distribution center. Drivers follow assigned routes and are expected to make safe, on-time deliveries.

The schedule is five days per week, including weekends, with two consecutive days off and daily home time. The position is currently hiring for the night shift and requires a daily commute to the Fredericksburg facility. Average weekly pay is $1,671, with top weekly earnings of up to $1,735. Average annualized earnings are $86,892, and top annualized earnings are $90,220. Pay includes mileage, load, and stop pay. Drivers operate automatic-transmission trucks with 53-foot trailers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
