About The Position

McDonald's largest distributer worldwide is seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver for local routes. This position requires an Interstate license and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid out within the first year. Drivers will receive $30.58/hour at hire, with the potential to earn up to $120,000 annually. Component pay starts after the training period, and the company offers weekly pay. The role involves touch-freight, an extra board schedule, and operates within foodservice distribution. Trucks are preloaded, and deliveries are palletized. Sirius Radio is provided. The primary duty is the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to customers. This includes unloading and delivering products, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and securely operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
