About The Position
Drive for a dedicated Kroger account in the Denver metro area, delivering to King Soopers grocery stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Routes begin at the Kroger Distribution Center in Aurora, Colorado, and cover approximately 1,700 miles per week, typically with 1–3 loads per day and around 13 stops per week. Freight is no-touch and involves live unload and drop-and-hook work. Drivers are home daily, work six days followed by two days off, and may have occasional overnight runs during surge periods. Some routes may include short mountain runs. The operation runs 24/7 with night, evening, and early-morning shifts; schedules vary and set start times are not guaranteed. Drivers use new 2025-model trucks with automatic transmissions. Trucks must be parked at the Kroger facility and cannot be taken home.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
