About The Position

Central Transport is a leading Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carrier with an expanding network across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The company is seeking talented individuals to join its team. This specific role is for a home daily overnight linehaul driver. The driver's route involves departing from Decatur, driving to another Central Transport facility, and then returning to their home terminal. These Home-Daily Line Haul Drivers are considered the backbone of the operation, responsible for delivering reliable, on-time service to exceed customer expectations and strengthen business partnerships.

Requirements

• 6 Months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or the willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• No DUI’s within the last 5 years (No more than 1 in a lifetime)
• Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test

Responsibilities

• Leave from Decatur, drive to another Central Transport facility, and then return to your home terminal
• Deliver reliable, on-time service
