About The Position
Central Transport is a leading Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carrier with a nationwide network. The company is seeking home daily overnight linehaul drivers. As a linehaul driver, you will depart from Pittsburgh, drive to another Central Transport facility, and then return to your home terminal. These drivers are crucial to the operation, ensuring reliable, on-time service to meet customer expectations and strengthen business relationships. Central Transport offers competitive compensation, a consistent schedule, and a modern truck fleet (2022 and newer).
Requirements
- 6 Months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- HazMat and Tanker endorsement or the willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- No DUI’s within the last 5 years (No more than 1 in a lifetime)
- Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test
Responsibilities
- Leave from Pittsburgh, drive to another Central Transport facility, and then return to your home terminal
- Deliver reliable, on-time service
