About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is a locally owned agency serving families in Kennesaw and northwest Cobb County. We are seeking caregivers to visit clients in their homes, assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. This role involves working with the same clients weekly, fostering a consistent and reliable caregiving experience.

Requirements

• Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified before you start)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Clear background check
• Commitment to 20 or more hours per week

Nice To Haves

• CNA or PCA experience
• Real caregiving experience (paid training is available if credentials are not yet held)
