About The Position

This role involves a split responsibility between operating company box trucks to deliver and pick up electronic materials and supporting warehouse operations. The position requires adherence to safety regulations, effective communication with dispatch and customers, and hands-on work in both driving and warehouse tasks. The company focuses on giving electronics their next life through recycling and data security, aiming to reduce landfill waste.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driver qualification requirements
  • Ability to successfully complete all post-offer driver qualification requirements, which may include motor vehicle record review, insurance eligibility review, and a required post-offer medical examination
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
  • Comfortable working independently while staying connected with dispatch, customers, and the warehouse team
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly and work in varying warehouse conditions
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Willingness to split time between local driving and hands-on warehouse production work

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of commercial driving, delivery driving, route driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
  • CDL is not required for this role based on current vehicle requirements

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company box trucks to pick up and deliver electronic materials to and from customers
  • Follow all applicable DOT, state, federal, and company safety requirements
  • Communicate with dispatch to provide route updates, delivery confirmations, and any customer or route issues
  • Provide excellent customer service during pickups and drop-offs, ensuring smooth and professional handoffs
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Complete required paperwork, logs, and delivery documentation accurately and on time
  • When not on the road, support warehouse production by tearing down, sorting, processing, or refurbishing electronics
  • Identify and track valuable electronic components using software tools and ERP systems
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and vehicle environment
