About The Position

The Lobby Concierge serves as the first impression of our brand—delivering a world-class hospitality experience that reflects the precision, professionalism, and excellence synonymous with Staccato. This highly visible role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring every visitor receives a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to departure. As a trusted brand ambassador, the Lobby Concierge embodies Staccato’s commitment to quality, safety, and service, while maintaining a secure and professionally managed environment. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while operating with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
  • Greet Onsite Customers in an active environment.
  • Assist customers with inquiries with a goal for first contact resolution for all interactions.
  • Manual entry of orders
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to provide the best customer experience possible.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Company’s products, services, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and/or the Staccato brand.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service constantly striving to improve the experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
