About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations for The Lobby Bar. The Lobby Bar is a high-volume lounge that serves as the 'heart' of the resort guest experience, primarily focusing on dinner and lounge service, but also open during select breakfast and lunch periods. This role involves ensuring quality service, managing expenses, and maintaining facilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Resort’s main lobby lounge & coffee shop outlets.
Ensure established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for each respective outlet operation.
Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Provide expert knowledge of coffee, tea, wine, beer and spirits in two neighboring environments dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for guests and patrons alike.
Oversee labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
