We are currently hiring a Part Time Lobby Attendant to work 8-5 PM Saturday and Sunday Rhonda's Place in Denver, Colorado.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Basic writing and reading skills required
- Must work well with the public and with others as a team
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently
- A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical
- Background Check and Drug Screening Required
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
Responsibilities
- Attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.
- Answer the phone
- Buzzing in guest and making sure they sign the guest sign in book. Must maintain the guest log book.
- Open the door for people going in or out
- Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc)
- Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable
- Dispose of trash from common areas
- Assist residents when needed
- Report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control
