This role involves ensuring that lobbies, restrooms, and public areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming to guests. Requirements
- Previous custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, and public areas.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests in public spaces.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Monitor high-traffic areas to ensure they remain tidy throughout the day.
- Adhere to hotel safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist other team members with cleaning tasks during busy periods.
