About The Position
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Lobby Attendants to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. We have a part-time position available. Available Shifts: Part Time ONLY 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Hours may vary based on building needs.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules
- Experience working in residential buildings is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain a welcoming environment
- Assist residents with basic inquiries and building-related needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
