About The Position

The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of the hotel’s lobby and public areas, ensuring every space consistently reflects the luxury standards of our Curio Collection by Hilton property. The Lobby Attendant will respond promptly to guest and departmental requests, report maintenance or safety concerns, and work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure public spaces remain clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the lobby, entrances, elevators, corridors, public restrooms, meeting areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, cleaning glass and fixtures, removing trash, restocking supplies, and continuously monitoring high-traffic areas throughout the shift.
• Responding promptly to guest and departmental requests.
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
• Working closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure public spaces remain clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times.
