As a Concierge, you will assist guests with various requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for local attractions. You will also serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills are a plus.
