About The Position

Action Property Management is seeking a part-time Lobby Ambassador to join their team at the luxury high-rise association, Century Plaza North Tower, located in Century City. The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for people arriving at the Association, whether by vehicle, in person, or by phone. This role requires a professional appearance, polite manner, and clear tone. The Lobby Ambassador must possess a working knowledge of the Association’s rules, policies, and procedures, as well as familiarity with the property’s amenities and surroundings to assist residents and their guests.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
A polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
An upbeat and positive team player with a proactive customer service approach.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality Management or Lodging/Hotel Hospitality experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for individuals arriving at the Association.
Answer telephones and address individuals who approach the Front Desk or enter the motor court.
Maintain a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone.
Possess a working knowledge of the Association’s rules, policies, and procedures.
Be familiar with the property’s amenities and surroundings to assist residents and their guests.
