About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Warwick is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Loaner/Rental Agent to join their dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. The Loaner/Rental Agent is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring customers receive and return courtesy loaner and rental vehicles in accordance with company, third party, and manufacturer policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Associates (A.A) degree or equivalent; one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a customer service, retail or rental car company desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring customers receive and return courtesy loaner and rental vehicles in accordance with company, third party, and manufacturer policies.
• Assists in maintaining inventory to satisfy customer requests.
• Ensures loaner vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies.
• Documents any required maintenance for returned vehicles.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with other departments.
• Files documentation with insurance or state/federal agency.
• Ensures that customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets and tolls.
